What is owned by Cotton Balls, what belongs to third parties, and what the website does not claim.

1. Website and brand
The Cotton Balls name, logo, site design, original copy and studio presentation are protected materials owned by Cotton Balls or used with permission. Browsing the website does not grant a commercial licence to reuse them.
2. Game and client work
Rights in individual games, commissioned work, code, artwork, audio, animation and deliverables are governed by the relevant ownership, licence or project agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights.
3. Distribution
References to Stake or any other platform describe distribution or portfolio context only. Platform names, marks, interfaces and services belong to their respective owners. Distribution rights do not imply ownership of a platform or its trademarks.
4. Regulatory status
cottonballs.online is a studio website and does not present itself as a gambling operator, accept wagers or provide player accounts. Cotton Balls does not claim a gambling-operator or gaming-supplier licence on this website. Any regulated distribution or player-facing activity is handled under the requirements of the relevant third-party platform, market and agreement.
