Ownership and permitted use of Cotton Balls and third-party materials.

1. Cotton Balls materials
Unless a page says otherwise, original Cotton Balls branding, artwork, website presentation and studio-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
2. Third-party marks
Stake and all other third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is descriptive and does not transfer any ownership rights.
3. Portfolio use
Portfolio presentation may include work created, owned, licensed or displayed with permission under the relevant project or distribution arrangement. No visitor receives a reuse licence merely by viewing it here.
4. Reporting a rights issue
If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, send a detailed notice to info@cottonballs.online so it can be reviewed.
